A few updates and a much needed Vacation

It's been a great week so far. Saturday my first book in print, Men of Charlestown Volume One was released and I'm still super excited about it! I've also completed the first round of edits for my third book in the Men of Charlestown series, Daniel's Dream. I figure the second round of edits will arrive in my inbox any time now. I'm ready to get them done and for Daniel's Dream to be released on June 18th. I really enjoyed writing more about Nick, Josh and Daniel. They are some of my favorite characters and it was fun revisiting them for a while.

I've had several people write and ask me how many books will be in the Men in Charlestown series. As of right now, there will be around eight of them with the last book being Daniel's. I figure since he started it all with his Christmas wish, he deserves his happy ending too!

I'm currently doing last minute pre-edits for No Greater Love (due to released in January) and my current work in process, Angel's Redemption, is going going fast and smooth. I love it when that happens:)

My husband is off of work this week. He's taking a well-deserved vacation and we've been hanging out around the house, catching up on movies we've missed and we plan on having one day where we just get in the car and see where it takes us. I think we'll probably go into Oklahoma and maybe hit a casino or two. :)

So, if you don't see me around very much this week, you know why. (It's my husband's fault) Y'all have a great week!

  1. Sounds like you're having a great week! If you end up hitting a casino, I wish you good luck :) Hubby and I sometimes go to the casino, and we stick to the 2 cent slot machines. Such big gamblers. LOL. But it's fun to go and people watch.

Congrats on your first print release!!!

  2. Thanks, Ava:) I never thought it would happen that's for sure! We really don't gamble either, but we'll probably go just to give us something different to do. We play the lotto a couple of times a week and when we do go to the casino, it's the penny slots for us too! LOL! Aren't we big spenders?
