It was inevitable

Hey Y'all:)

Had a long weekend. My husband was sick pretty much all weekend long. He has strep throat and the flu. He hasn't had fever today, so I hope he's on the mend.
Unfortunately, I haven't fared too well. I'm running fever and coughing my head off. What's bad is I've had the flu shot, but it looks like it's either a different type or I'm just unlucky.

I hardly got any reading or writing done this weekend. I doubt that I write or read any tonight either. I hope everyone else is doing good. I'll check in with y'all in a day or two. Time to get back to bed...
